Join us for a Friday afternoon of fun, fitness, and friendship! Barre to Bar is your perfect escape from the workweek grind. We'll kick things off with a dynamic blend of dance cardio, barre, and mat Pilates ending with a nourishing stretch, releasing all weeks tension and worries out of the body. But the fun doesn't stop there! After class, you are invited to stay back at the studio, socialise with our Nu Community and enjoy a cocktail on the house/ wine or fresh coconut water.
