Operations Assistant
NuForm Pilates Studio (Casual)
NuForm Pilates Studio is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate Operations Manager to join our team! We're a women-empowering business looking for a dynamic individual to support our growth and ensure smooth daily operations. If you're a whiz with systems, love Pilates, and thrive in a flexible environment, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
This is a casual position requiring 2-3 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the potential for increased hours in the future. Work can be completed anytime between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Work from home/remotely is available, but being local to the studio is ideal.
Responsibilities:
Managing our booking system.
Providing exceptional client management.
Handling email correspondence.
Assisting the owner with business growth initiatives.
Liaising with third parties (graphic designers, collaborators, accountants, real estate, landlords).
Managing subcontractor payroll.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar operations or administrative role is essential.
Must be extremely tech-savvy and proficient with various software and online platforms.
Competent in using Gemini and ChatGPT.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
A kind, friendly, and positive attitude.
A basic understanding of Pilates, health, wellness, and exercise.
Flexibility to work additional hours when required (e.g., when the owner is away).

NuForm Pilates is dedicated to empowering the South Coast community through the transformative practice of Pilates. We provide a supportive and welcoming environment across our three locations in Kiama, Gerringong, and Bomaderry, where clients can achieve their individual health and wellness goals. Our diverse class offerings, led by certified instructors, include Reformer and Mat Pilates, Barre, Light Weights, Yoga, and Physiotherapy-led sessions, with select classes also offered in a heated format.Founded in 2021 by sisters Millie and Georgia, NuForm Pilates has experienced significant growth. Building upon Millie's established Kiama studio (operating from 2019-2021), the sisters joined forces to create the NuForm brand. While Georgia has since pursued opportunities in female wellness, Millie has continued to lead NuForm's expansion. In under five years, the studio has grown from a single location with a capacity of five clients per class to a thriving multi-location business with ten instructors. With ambitious plans for the future, Millie is seeking a highly capable and driven assistant to support her vision for NuForm and further serve the South Coast community
