OUR CLASSES

Focus on the basics and foundations of reformer Pilates. Teach clients how to use the reformer, align their bodies, and engage their core. This is a slow, beginner-level class with a focus on clear explanations, breath work, and modifications.



Build upon the foundations of Level 1, increasing intensity with props, heavier footwork and arm work, and more dynamic exercises. Clients should have a good understanding of Pilates principles and be able to execute exercises with proper form.

ABOUT THE STUDIO
NUFORM was founded in 2019 by Millie with the goal of creating a fun, vibrant and welcoming studio for everyBODY. Located in Gerringong, Bomaderry, and Kiama NUFORM is open to any and all levels of experience. We believe fitness should be accessible and enjoyable to all. We welcome individuals of all ages, body shapes, and fitness levels. Our team of experienced instructors are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you get the most of your workout while keeping it enjoyable and engaging.
